After years of service in the U.S. Marine Corps, Paul Hylenski saw firsthand how discipline, adaptability, and teamwork drive success in any field. Transitioning into technology, he became passionate about one question: what if the same leadership principles that build strong teams could help people thrive in the age of AI?
That question became the foundation of Quantum Leap Academy. Today, Paul leads with a hands-on, practical approach — blending real-world business experience with AI innovation. He has coached corporate teams, universities, and entrepreneurs on how to integrate AI into daily operations, build confidence with emerging tools, and lead in an increasingly automated world.
He has founded three AI companies and believes it is possible to change the world using the power of AI for good.
